How can homeowners tell if they have roof problems?
You would notice ceiling stains, water leaks, warped panels. Your roof could also be damaged from old age or debris accumulation. It is important to keep your roof and gutter clean.
Do you offer any kind of warranty on your work?
Yes we do!
Shingles: Architectural Shingles 30-Year warranty. 3 Tab Shingles 25-Year warranty.
Metal Roofs: Galvalume Metal 20-Year Warranty. Baked on Colors 35-Year Warranty.
TPO Roofs: TPO has a 20-Year Warranty.
Additionally, we offer a 5-Year workmanship on all our installs.
My roof has a leak problem. Do I need to replace it entirely?
You may not need a complete new roof to fix an issue, depending on the nature of the damage. If you suspect a roofing quote is too expensive, make sure to get a second or third estimate from a separate company. More serious problems will require more complete roof repairs.
How can I tell If my roof was damaged by hail?
It's fairly difficult to estimate or even detect hail damage from the ground. A certified and experienced roofing professional should inspect the roof for damage, at no cost to the homeowner.
